The receptionist was particularly friendly and helpful on arrival. Her smile and willingness to help made all the difference - very important when you have been travelling a long time/
The absence of a lift made carrying luggage up to the second floor difficult.

Pleasant stay, as always. Pleasant hotel, brand-new room and unbeatable location. Set close to a railway station, handy for getting about. Units with good wifi. Delicious food plus very friendly staff.

This hotel has a great location, just a short distance from the railway station and not far from a nice dinner spot, and we were fortunate to be upgraded to a stylish single room on one of the upper floors.

Hotel with fashionable fixtures in a peaceful area. Enjoyed a meal at the local and international cuisine restaurant.
Absolutely loved the sarcastic receptionist who made my check-in memorable. I especially enjoyed her helpfulness and positive attitude.

The hotel was a convenient base for the last night of our holiday before heading to the airport, but I have nothing else positive to say.
We were rather dissapointed with this hotel after other places we stayed in Romania for similar or lower prices. The hotel has no assigned parking (despite what they advertise). The rooms are very ordinary and quite noisy. The hot water takes about ten minutes to run through. The restaurant food was bad.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location is fantastic - nestled in a quiet neighborhood on top of a hill, yet still within walking distance from the train station. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with good WiFi on the high floors. Additionally, the delicious traditional breakfast provided a perfect start to the day.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic, with not a single issue to be found.
